OVERVIEW
- If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise was damaged or defective, please contact us at apparel@martincitymarketing.com and inform the team immediately about the issue.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Only unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached and the item is in the original packaging.
- If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return Item
- If your items meets the above requirements to initiate a return, please forward your original order confirmation email with name, phone, order number, and mailing address to apparel@martincitymarketing.com
- The apparel team will coordinate appropriate mailing details to start the return process.
- If your items is incorrect or defective we will take care of the costs of return shipping, but you are responsible for the cost packaging (such as the envelope).
- Refunds are issued only for the cost of the products returned. You will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost you paid at checkout.
- Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of receipt.
- Please note that due to payment processor rules, it may take up to 10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on the account of your payment method.
- The apparel team will give you mailing instructions via email and confirm the process. Once you receive the confirmation about a return the product will need to be shipped to the following address:

Kansas City, MO 64145 - Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send any purchases back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items marked “Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Reminder we can ONLY replace or exchange items if they are incorrect size or product, or if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please email apparel@martincitymarketing.com
